Vicki Breen (Morais) is a longtime resident of Scarborough and spent her school years at Mason Road, Bliss Carmen and R.H. King.  She resides in the Kingston Road/McCowan Road area with her 2 grown children, Jennifer and Dylan and their 2 dogs, a Golden Retriever named Trixie and a Labradoodle named Dudley. 

Vicki was elected to the Board of Directors at the condominium where she lives and has held the position of Secretary Treasurer.  Vicki is currently serving her 3rd consecutive term on the Board. As a member of the Board of Directors, Vicki participates in financial statement reviews, budget analysis and review, priority setting and contract negotiations. As well, Vicki is available to the residents at any time to discuss concerns that they have. 

Vicki was elected as a Director for the Scarborough Southwest Federal Liberal Riding Association in January 2011. 

Vicki's business experience includes financial services, bookkeeping, business analysis and software development. She is currently consulting as a Business Analyst, working closely with clients to determine business needs, recommending process improvements and assisting in providing the right solutions to her clients.  Vicki ran in the 2010 Toronto Municipal Elections on a solid platform of financial responsiblity, collabortation and community involvement.

Vicki’s hobbies include participating in sports, reading and walking her dogs.  She enjoyed acting as Co-captain of a dragon boat team. Her activities in the past have included organizing charity events, coaching youth soccer, volunteering at the CHUM City Christmas Wish, food banks and local community events around Scarborough. Vicki is also a volunteer for the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP), offered by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
